I have this creepy feeling my iPod Shuffle's alive... *drama music*

Made a short trip to Hougang Mall to run some errands and brought my Shuffle along.. entered HG Mall on a bright sunny afternoon. When I left, it escalated from a drizzle to a full blast omfgbbq im-giving-it-all torrential downpour in the short 1 min I walked then ran then sprinted then slipped to the bus stop.

THEN.

When I got off the bus to meet the rain again, planning grass patches to run on cuz my slippers do their natural job of slipping very well on concrete, an unknown melody played in my ears...

Something I've never heard before, in the months of it playing on Shuffle mode since I ripped songs w/o knowing what I ripped from Ian Cheng. (in a desperate attempt to cleanse the device of Korean boy bands infected by my sister) However, it was strangely familiar...

And it finally struck me, as if mocking me as I ran drenched in the rain, the happy voice singing away...

"I'm singing in the rain.. dancing in the rain...."
